Prez gaveled the meeting to order at 6:41.

Elton moves to accept the meeting minutes, Larry 2nds and it passes unanimously. (Very gullible)

Treasurer Report: we got a check from Valley Ford.

Old Business

Elton has 2000 and 2001 T-shirts for sale.

New Business

The Christmas Banquet will be Dec. 11th. Larry must have reservations by end of month(too late)

Larry suggests a menu of:

Menu Fried Shimp

Chicken Breast

Steak

Elton moves we accept, Todd 2nds, and it passes unanimously.

Will we have prizes for the party? Mark moves we budget $200 for Dean to buy prizes, Todd 2nds and it passes unanimously.

Discussion turned to Coats. Professional models were brought in to display the proposed coats. Craig moves we accept both coats, Dean 2nds and it passes unanimously.(What a team)

After the secretary left the following mayhem ensued and was recorded by Todd F.:

The debate continued on the coats we will pass a sign up sheet for coats if your are interested in purchasing one or let Tim or Craig know they will try to get an order together before the Christmas party.

1st up was editor, after an impassioned speech by Larry for Elton’s re-election to the position he’s held for so long. By unanimous vote he still has the job.

Next came car show chair after being nominated by Todd, 2nd by Larry and a unanimous vote Ralph became our new car show chair.

Secretary. Elton moves for another unanimous vote for Mark motion passed, congrats to Mark

The election was moving right along like a run-a-way train…(many people were killed)

Treasurer Greg nominates Tim for the job Greg has held forever, another unanimous vote and Tim is now the New treasurer.

Vice president- Craig moves for yet another unanimous vote for Todd, Choo-Choo the train rolls on.

President – Ralph moves for unanimous vote for our new president Craig. With all present voting aye, aye captain we have a new President you’ll do a great job Craig congratulations. Elections moved to a close.
