June Meeting - June 12, 2001

We met at Valley Ford

Arrived at 6:25, no way to get near Valley Ford. Frontage road totally blocked. All of Fargo showed up for the meeting. Not! They were giving away Fun Tics for the Fair.

Vern S. showed up.

Prez pounded the meeting to order. (No Gavel)

Elton apologized for the wrong year on the cover photo in newsletter.

Tom L. piped in on club not doing anything mid month (came 1600 miles to tell us).

Prez brought up the Car show.

Greg (New owner of Harold's Car Clean) had estimates for trophies and plaques. Ford emblem approved for plaques.

Group going to Ada Car Show on Saturday will meet at the East 10 Perkins and leave at 8:00 AM.

T-shirts. There will be some. Prez has $800 budget to buy them and complete authority. We will buy them.

Larry will try to get a sign advertising the show in front of Valley Ford or Dairy Queen.

No Food Vendor yet for show. Ralph will check with someone.

Music - Todd will check with Site on Sound and depending on results, Elton will check with last years DJ. Elton and Todd will solve.

Don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

Colleen and someone will register cars.

July 2^nd and 3^rd - Bullet Mustangs and new T-Birds will be in area. We will do something.

Midmonth meeting - Harold's Car Clean June 26 at 6:30.

Greg moved to adjourn and much confusion followed until we reached DQ in Moorhead.
