November Meeting - November 12, 2002

I think the Prez called the meeting to order.(I don't know, I wasn't there.

Prez. asked for a motion to accept the Secretaries Minutes for October.

Larry moved, Tim seconds and it passes unanimously.

Treasurer says we have money, Gary moves we accept report, Ralph seconds and it passes without incident.

Old Business

Christmas party.

Larry says it will be Dec. 10 at 6:30 at the Expressway Inn.

Shrimp will be $18.16 Tax and Tip included.

Steak (10 oz.) will be $16.95 Tax and Tip included.

Grilled Chicken will be $12.95 you guessed it.

Veggie tray (club will cover)

Gifts will be purchased by Elton, Dean and Jeff. Todd moved they be authorized $300, Jeff seconds and it passes unanimously.

Calendars

Ralph says the prices for printing are high or require high volume.

Todd has source for about $4.00. Elton and Todd will run with it.

Elections

Prez nominations

Todd, Larry, Bruce and Greg.

Todd moves and Jeff seconds to cease nominations and once again it is unanimous.

Greg wins by a landslide. (very exciting)

Vice Prez.

Todd, Ralph and Dean.

Jeff moves and Bruce seconds to cease nominations, and everyone concurs.

Todd wins(lucky man)

Treasurer

Tim is sole nominee.

Tim wins by a landslide over all other candidates.

Secretary

Mark is nominated.

Mark wins by the largest margin of all time.

Editor

Todd moves and Gary seconds to cease nominations and elect Elton one more time.

New Business

Elton talked to Valley Ford and we are no longer welcome there.

Some discussion of a future location.

What could we have done?

Craig will check.

We are looking for a meeting place with leather recliners, free food and beverage.
