September Meeting - September 10, 2002
Met at the all new Valley Ford. Had a quick tour of the shiny new facility.
Prez asked if newsletter was acceptable. Todd moved we accept the newsletter, Tim seconds and it is unanimous
Treasurer's Report - Valley Ford paid us for the show. We are solvent.
Marv moves we accept report, Bill seconds and it is unanimous.
Old Business
Todd thought that for the meeting at Lindenwood, we should have had directions for those who do not know the way.
Move on.
Car Shows
Ada - Greg - Wes's Rod and Repair Shop - good food and beverage, about 81 cars. They do it 3 times a summer. Big fun.
Mayville - Larry - Fantastic, 100 cars, great temp, gorgeous weather, music good. Larry will check into getting Front Fenders for our show.
Hullabaloo - Marv - started at 11 and lasted till 3. 70 cars, good assortment, door prizes to just about everyone. Some planes and the B-24 flew over.
New Business
Calendar - get your pics done or in to Elton if you haven't done so.
Color Run - Sunday 29th . meet at Moorhead rest area at 11:00. Greg will get food, and Craig will get beverages.
WestFest show, Sat. 14 Sept. at Church north of WF High School,
Downtown Merchants Broadway Grand Opening on 21 Sept. Want cars from 12-6, north of NP Ave.
Sept. 28 - 10-1, Pumpkin Fest in Lake Park.
