10 December 2002

This was the annual Christmas Party Meeting and installation (railroading of Officers)

We ate.

Prez said watch this (Car Show video)

We did.

Todd brought calendars (very nice, especially November)

Mark moved and Ralph seconded that we sell them for $6 (huge profit), passed unanimously.

Elton woke up and we had drawings.  The suspense was high.  Would Terry win before the last drawing?

Bill was the first winner, Todd second and surprise, surprise Terry won on the forth draw.  A new beginning for Terry.  Then all the rest.

Elton reported that Valley Ford said we could still meet there, but we would get no financial support.  No decisions were made.  He reported that the newsletter costs are about $12 per year per member.  Dues are $15.  You do the math.

Craig reported that the Downtown Merchants would like us to put on a all car, car show on the Saturday of the Street Fair.(third Saturday in July)

Elton moves to establish a car show committee.  Terry seconds and it passes without dissent.  Tim railroaded into being the chair.  Elton volunteers Marv and himself to be on committee.  Marv wanted to know about trophies.  No guidance Marv.

Craig wanted to acknowledge people:

Todd as VP

Tim as Money Guy

Mark as Secretary(although he didn't know what meetings I was taking notes at)

Ralph as Car Show Chair

Tim as Webmaster (double duty)

Matt, Marv, Larry and Greg for the events committee

New Prez introduced and he talks

The club started in '89.

We are off to a good start on the New Year.

Look for newsletter for next meeting.

Thanks to Craig.

Old Prez wanted to thank Larry for great party and remind all that dues are due.  Pay up.

Adjourned without motion.
