February Meeting – February 8, 2003

Meeting called to order at 6:39.

Prez worried about dishes.

Tim brought Shelby pop quiz.

Error in Newsletter. Toppers is 29-30 March and Prime Steel is April 12-13.

Treasurer’s Report – We have money.

Car Show 2003 – Greg talked to people at Valley Ford and the representatives for Luther will not be available for coordination before it is too late for this summers show. 04 is possible.

Car show will be Sat. 19 July.

Craig - Car Show Committee - All Car-Car show. We hope to have a century circle in Island Park - 100 years of Ford.

Elton and Colleen will chair registration.

Tim will chair sponsorships.

Craig is chairman.

We need a parking committee - Ralph and Todd volenteered.

Trophy committee - Ralph and Elton

Publicity - Jeff and Mark

We need flyers by next meeting with hours and classes.

Old Business

Craig is resigning from the Activities Committee.

Committee will have a schedule by next meeting.
