April Meeting – April 13, 2004

6:42 – Prez gaveled meeting to order.

We had a new member. His name is Bud and he is from Tower City.

We had introductions.

Carl moves to accept secretary’s minutes, Dean 2nds, and it passes unanimously.

Carl moves to accept treasurer’s report, Bud 2nds, and it passes unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS

Brenda brought samples of business card samples. Mark moves we accept the yellow one. Carl 2nds. Also unanimous.

Prez decided to schedule the Pizza party for mid month in May. Will let us know date.

Prez brought posters he foisted upon us. Everyone was happy since they didn’t have to do them.

They were distributed to be put up everywhere.

NEW BUSINESS

April 17^th Birthday Party for the Mustang. Bring cars at 6:00 on Thursday. We will have a membership drive table for the party on Saturday.

Todd said a brochure had been developed for the Club. Tom moved we print several hundred and Brenda 2nds. Unanimous.

Bud said that Tower City is having a 125^th Anniversary on July 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th. They are having a car show and parade on 3 July. The parade will start at 10:30. Bud would appreciate participants.

Mark moved we adjorn, and Bud 2nds. Unanimous.
